Shipping policy

At Ami Writes Stuff, we strive to ensure that your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition. Below is our general shipping policy outlining how we handle and ship orders.

**Processing Time**
- All orders are processed within **1-3 business days**.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

**Domestic Shipping (United States)**
- **Flat-rate shipping** is available for all U.S. orders.
  - Stickers: Normally shipped within a secure stamped envelope unless your order exceeds 3oz or is part of a larger order. Calculated Shipping by Weight will apply at that time.  
  - Apparel (shirts, hoodies): Dropped shipped items are at the discretion of the fulfillment center and will be known at the time of checkout. Items that are not shipped will be calculated by weight using USPS First Class, USPS Cubic Mail, USPS Media Mail, or USPS Ground Advantage rates.
  - Orders within the U.S. are typically delivered within **5-7 business days** after processing.

**International Shipping**

- We currently offer international shipping to select countries on select products.
- Flat-rate international shipping costs:
  - Stickers: $3.75/USD

**Order Tracking**
- Tracking information is provided for all apparel and larger items once shipped.
- **Smaller items** (like sticker-only orders) shipped via regular mail may not include tracking unless upgraded to First-Class Mail.

**Shipping Delays**
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen events. If your order has been delayed significantly, please contact us at author.amivan@gmail.com for assistance.

**Customs, Duties, and Taxes**  
*(For international shipping)*  
- Ami Writes Stuff is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

**Missing or Lost Packages**
- If your package appears to be lost in transit or is significantly delayed, please contact us at author.amivan@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is delivered.
