Bookie, MeiMei, and Lala are the heart of Ami Writes Stuff.

Bookie is a book-loving introvert with a big heart and a passion for sharing stories. He's recently added two critters to his family, and they keep him on his toes, but reading time has become their favorite family time. MeiMei is the curious little troublemaker who always finds adventures (and occasionally sneaks extra surprises into packages). LaLa is the sunshine of the group, spreading kindness and joy wherever she goes.

Together, they help make Ami Writes Stuff a cozy place for readers, dreamers, and anyone who believes a little happiness can be found between the pages of a good book.

What's The Happy Mail Project?

Bookie, MeiMei, and LaLa are helping send cheerful letters, bookmarks, and stickers to residents in nursing homes across the country. Using existing inventory from the shop, our goal is simple:

Bring a smile to someone's day and remind people that they haven't been forgotten.
